So... I binged after days and days of hardcore exercise and basically eating nothing I binged which made me put on 2 pounds. Disgraceful right, well anyway I'm trying to get exercise in my life as much as possible but it doesn't seem to be working so I'm getting a mp3 Player for motivation with music I can literally do everything, well obviously not everything but exercise is something I'll be able to do. I'm starting new diet today well it's not really a diet at all just creating a plan for how much calories intake I should have each day and the amount of exercise I should do. Right now I'm thinking of 500 calories a day and 30-45 minutes of exercise.
